COATING PROCESS

Compact Metal Industries Coating Division provides Powder coatings services.

Coating processes equip with automated electrostatic air spraying guns, overhead conveyors and gas ovens with six-point temperature tracking device.

Coating laboratory equips with spectrophotometer for colour matching and colour consistency checking. Colour sample preparation is possible to be done within a day.

Coating laboratory conducts tests daily to ensure quality of pretreatment chemicals and coating processes.

Powder coating performance meets the standard of AAMA 2603 and AAMA 2604.

Powder coating finishes depend on the type of powder customer preferred.

Maximum substrates size up to 7.0 x 1.5m², both sides can be coated at one run.

Normal coating capacity up to 30,000m² monthly for each line.

We are approved applicator for AXALTA, powder manufactures.
